Valley Transcription opened for business in January, 1995 with one transcriptionist and a three physician practice. Within six months, there were four transcriptionists and 8 clients, including a large, busy, physical therapy clinic. As time went by, our reputation for customer satisfaction allowed our business to continue to grow. Today, using a team of two in-house transcriptionists and 10 independent contractors, we transcribe over 12,000 lines per day for over 30 physicians in 23 practices and clinics. Located in Saginaw Township in mid-Michigan, we have easy access to the medical, business and academic communities in the Saginaw, Bay City, Freeland, Bridgeport, Thomas Township and Frankenmuth areas. We can pick up and deliver to your office every day your office is open! Unlike many services, we provide our own coverage when our transcriptionists take vacations so your work continues to flow uninterrupted.

For those clients not in the Saginaw Valley area, we offer toll-free phone-in dictation or we can transcribe digitally recorded voice files. Either way, we will transcribe your dictation and return it to you ready to print in your office!
